Victoria Carew Hunt is an experienced and respected freelance photographer and NUJ member whose images get right to the heart of a subject, capturing its spirit. Well known for conceiving and photographing the book 121 Women in Parliament, published in 1999 by Politicos, she’s currently compiling a series featuring rock stars in rehearsal studios, and one of monks and nuns in monasteries.

Victoria specialises in photography for business. A thorough knowledge and understanding of marketing, teamed with imagination and creativity, makes her work both stunning and hard working.

She provides traditional black and white or full colour images, in sympathy with your brand, to your brief, for print and online projects of all kinds:

Photography techniques, locations and equipment

Victoria creates images using natural light, supported with portable studio lights. Because she uses medium format as well as SLR cameras, her work has a sharpness and clarity that simply cannot be achieved with small digital cameras.

You can hold your photo shoot in her beautifully situated Wimbledon studio, which includes a fabulous outdoor space. Or you can choose to shoot at your offices or any location that suits your brief: formal and casual portraiture, group shots, landscapes, townscapes or indoor shots.

Victoria can also provide styling advice and make up facilities.

To keep matters simple and clear, Victoria doesn’t offer per photo or packaged prices. Instead she’ll let you know, in advance, all the costs you’re likely to incur at every stage of the photo shoot. As a result you don’t get any nasty surprises and your budget stays under control.

Valuable feedback throughout your project

Victoria will discuss the format, style and finish of your images with you before, during and after the photo shoot. You’re updated with progress at every stage, exchanging ideas as the project moves ahead. So things go smoothly and you end up with exactly the images you want.

View and choose your final images online

After the shoot, your photographs will be displayed on a secure website for fast access. The price of the shoot includes contact sheets of all the photos taken.
